Unless you have friends with a spare beach house....

Three day weekend at the beach and my very own beach house...life is pretty rough!  One of the audiologist I work with is in the process of trying to sell one of his beach houses in Whangamata.  Since they were heading down for the long weekend they offered to give me a ride and a place all to myself.  It was a nice relaxing weekend, running along the beach every morning, hiking in the afternoons, and eating and drinking too much at dinner with many new friendly faces.  It was a wonderful weekend and I am very grateful to have such generous friends!
